The Computer Science Library is a reference library and is part of the Department of Computer Science at ETH.

The library is managed by a team consisting of specialized staff and student assistants.

From 1991 to 2010 the Computer Science Library was located at IFW building, where on two floors were we offered basic and current literature from computer science and mathematics. Since 2011 the Computer Science Library is located at CAB G 41 and provides computer science books and 40 modern study spaces for work and study.

Our aim is to...

provide documentation on topics that are part of the departments research interests
make available to our students textbooks that are recommended and worked with in courses
foretell which services will help employees work more effectively
offer services which cannot be obtained anywhere else
create an atmosphere which attracts visitors
be actively involved in the development of the information and knowledge management business as much as possible
