Reservation/Request

A reservation or request can only be made on a loaned book. Reservations are made on the edition and are prioritised (first come first serve). If an identical copy of the edition is returned to the library, an automated email will be sent to the person who made the first request with an invitation to pick up the book in the library.

Please be aware of the fact that a request on a loaned book while there are still lendable copies in the library does not result in a reservation on a lendable copy!  

Our visitors on site have priority on borrowing lendable copies in the library. Reservations are considered only in case of returned books. Please take into account that our loan period is 3 months.
